It is a slow movement exercise with gentle stretching. Qi gong can
create better energy, better sleep, relaxation, and reduce stress.
It’s been a long time since we were able to offer in-person Qi gong
classes. Public Health Madison & Dane County Order #13 allows
20 people in our Community Room with 6 foot distancing, masks,
and hand sanitizer available. To participate, please call the Library at 846-5482, or register on our website. Wear comfortable clothing, bring water, and
you’ll need to fill out a waiver form.
